Computer Shortcuts

While you are working in multiple windows on your system, these shortcuts may be very helpful. Here are some of them which can be learnt in a short while.

1.
If you would like to jump to Desktop all of a sudden while you have opened so many windows. Instead of Minimizing one by one window. There's a Short Cut to Directly Minimize all the windows and go to the desktop directly, By Pressing Windows logo +D on your keyboard.

This shortcut is Useful for Minimizing all the windows that have been opened, by just pressing the Windows button + M

To Open the My Computer Directly, Just press the Windows logo + E on your keyboard.

For Searching Files or Folders on your system, til now you may searched by going to Start button and typed into the search tool. In order to open this tool directly with shortcut, Just press Windows+F.

Rather Than Shutting Down, Logging off your system. You can lock your screen by just pressing the Windows+L buttons.

To open the Run tool, you need not go tot Start button and then click on Run option. Now it's Simple by clicking Windows+R Buttons.

To open the Start menu through keyboard, just press the Ctrl+ Esc button on your keyboard now.

Program, Software, Browser whatever it may be if you want to go to the menu bar just press the F10 Button on your keyboard.

To Rename any File or Folder on your system, Just press the F2 button on the keyboard.

To Directly go to the Address bar, when you are in internet explorer or in my computer. then Click on F4 button.

To create a Shortcut of any folder or file that you have selected , Just click on the Shift +F10 Buttons.

12. Generally to Erase any word in the system, We press the Backspace to erase a letter at a time, but to Erase the complete word with a single command you have to press Ctrl+Backspace at a time.
13.In order to jump to the right end of a word , press Ctrl + Right Arrow. Similarly for left end of a word, press Ctrl+Left Arrow.

14.For Super scripting any text press Ctrl+Shift+= and for Sub-scripting press Ctrl+=. and to back to the normal position from these scripts, Repeat the same commands.

15.If you copy a text and paste it somewhere else, You get the same text along with the same format. In order to paste the un-formatted text  instead of pressing Ctrl+V, Press Ctrl+Shift+V.

16.In order to remove the additional formatting of any text, just press the Ctrl+Spacebar.
