How to Make Eco friendly Ganesha with Clay

First of all, choose bright colored clay or smooth dough.

Make balls of different sizes and if possible try to make in different colors.

Take a cardboard for the base, will be useful later in carrying the idol easier.

Step-1: Make the Base for the idol by flattening the bigger ball of clay.

Step-2:Then, Make round sided cuboid for his body (or like an egg shaped structure) and place it on the base and make some grooves on both the faces enabling better contact of these pieces.

Step-3: Make Carrot like shapes for the legs. Make them and stick them to the base so that they are in comfortable seated posture.

Step-4: Then, make an elephant headed piece with the trunk.

Step-5: Then , make the crown part as shown

Step-6: Now, Make the arms similar to legs shaped structure but in smaller sizes in a relaxed way.

Step-6:Take two small sized balls and make them look like floppy elephant ears.

Step-7: Make the minor changes including the cosmetics to add value to the idol which should give the aesthetic effect.

Step-8: Finally make the mouse and place them both together.

And now after the work done, here is our Final Ganesha.... May GOD Bless you.
